Meet the Team
Gift of Glove Foundation is a non-profit organization that brings hope and joy to children of under-served international areas through humanitarian service centered around baseball. We collect new and used baseball equipment through donations, and deliver it to children in need. Our goal is also to deliver that same hope and joy through love of baseball in the U.S. and our own communities to children with disabilities and terminal medical diagnoses. We ultimately hope to pair with Major League Baseball and other professional teams/organizations to make the ultimate impact.

Tim Blackham
Chief Operating Officer
Tim is married and has five wonderful children. His favorite times are spent in the outdoors, hunting and riding ATV’s with his family. Tim was fortunate to receive his college education at Utah Valley Community College and The University of Utah, all while playing baseball for both schools. Tim is a sports junkie, loving anything to do with playing, coaching and supporting his kid’s sports teams. He has coached numerous teams, from high school baseball to his children’s lacrosse teams. He has also served on the board for many local youth sports programs.
Tim loves to give back to the community, especially the youth. He loves to see their eyes light up when they experience success. He fell in love with the “Gift of Glove” concept the very first time he heard about it. After spending time in the Dominican Republic in August 2018 handing out baseball equipment to the kids, he has developed a passion for spreading the love of the game of baseball to those less fortunate. He wants to see others around the world experience the joy he does when they play the sport he loves.
Greg Dibble
Chief Financial Officer
Greg is a dedicated father to 5 amazing children, who is also profusely in love with his wife of 20 years. Deciding to wait until later in life to get his business degree, was a good lesson for his children to not wait. However, in this experience, Greg learned that hard things can be accomplished. Greg has always looked forward to working with family and friends and this foundation has not only given him the opportunity to work with those people but to serve others as well.
Baseball has been a part of Greg’s life since he was old enough to carry a bat. In fact, his wife most likely would not have married Greg if he did not like baseball. Although he never played in high school or college, there was always time to play with the kids in the neighborhood. Fast forward many years later, he has found himself in many coaching positions such as Assistant and Head baseball coach. His hope is to teach children the joys of baseball and teamwork that will hopefully carry on to other generations.
